I have had this experience of joining tables where the current host had no clue what the description meant. If the new host wants a new description, he/she can then use the feature you describe. The table notes are 'Tablo por esperantparolantaj ludantoj'. Click 'Table' to change the notes and other options" the new host would be warned.
