BurnKryten
My chat font doesn't stick. Every time I log in, it has been set to Arial. I go into the options, and find that Times New Roman is checked off. I select Arial, click apply, and then select Times New Roman, and click apply, and that fixes it. BurnKryten
My chat font still doesn't stick, on either of my PCs. Anyone else reported this? Of course, now it's version 4.4.2, but same bug.
BurnKryten
Am I really the only person who has this bug? I don't mind resetting my chat font every time I log in, but it would be nice to know how to fix it.
uday
Fred is away until Nov 8 or so. I will be releasing the next beta sometime tomorrow. Maybe he fixed it. In case he didnt I'll make a note for his return and maybe he'll fix it then if he hasn't fixed it already.
stev_hav
I've contributed a "skeleton" version of BBO Standard-Basic; which Uday will presumably be uploading. Is there any way to determine what convcards, and conventions, are available on the server for use? More/less related, in tourney play, do both sides have to be using 4.5.0 before alerts can be issued?
uday
The convcards/conventions are downloaded to your pc when you login and you can see a list when wokrking with them in FD. You can USE fd regardless of who is the the table but only fd-capable clients will be able to see the explanations.

How is the determination that a given convcard or convention does, or does not, need to be downloaded, made? If this involves an exact match upon name, and a comparison of timestamps, how are differences between server and client clocks handled? Also, I just logged on (to 4.5.0) and the "conv" function is bringing up ONLY the old format convention card.
