Free
The option 'big deal' gets switched on every time I restart BBO. Since I don't like it, I have to turn it off every time. Probably a bug... :)

Probably a bug... :) It seems to be working for me. Do you have "remember user ID/password" checked? Do you always use the same ID to log in? The Big Deal check is lost in the next cases:BBO window.................action...........resultnarrow + maximized -> minimize -> narrow + minimizedwide + maximized ....-> ctrl-W ....-> narrow + minimized wide + minimized .....-> ctrl-W ....-> narrow + minimized This is actually necessary. There is not enough room for a chat area at the bottom of the window when you are playing if you are allowed to stay in "big deal" mode when the client is narrow and not maximized. Something else seems to be going wrong here as Free's post suggested that his big deal setting is being reset to "ON" (and the circumstances you desribe set big deal to "OFF"). Thanks, can you also let me know if: 1) Do you use BBO in "wide" or "narrow" mode. If you don't know what I mean, log in and hit Control-W on your keyboard a couple of times. 2) Does your BBO window normally fill up your entire screen in the vertical direction? If you want to e-mail me a copy of your BBO_free.ini file (located in the profiles folder of your BBO directory), I won't have to ask you any more questions! Don't worry - there is no personal information in these files. Fred GitelmanBridge Base Inc.www.bridgebase.com
McBruce
Font selection (TNR, Arial, or Verdana) works within a session but is not being saved, unless I am missing some new way of saving it. It might be best to wait with the launch of the customizable colours option until you have a few dozen 'skins' that people can view online and download. The BBO Skins Gallery! :)
Dwingo
4.3.8 does seem to remember "Log all Chat" , even if you have "Remember filter settings" selected. Everytime, I log in, I need to select the "log all Chat" option. Looks like a bug. Godwin
