We run a junior event with a short chat session prior to the game and try to get mentors for some juniors ..but can't see the lobby to contact some well-meaning experts to play with a junior. When we are discussing hands we sometimes want the opinion of another players on-line and one of us has to leave the room to either go fetch or just ask that person and then return. Except for the junior program, this may not be a feature used by many users. Their never seems to be many chat rooms open even when we start one. Although I wanted to state another value for this suggestion, I am also realistic that you have limited programming resources and need to spend your efforts were the BBO community as a whole benefits from your efforts.
