i didn't see this suggestion below.

would it be possible to have a link to an external server for a partnership convention card? this would not use up too much space on the BBO servers and at the same time allow people to "post" extensive system notes along with simple overview.

 

i guess there might be a few possible ways to abuse such links (i.e. linking to non-convention cards, but I am fairly sure that would not be too difficult to police).

 

if this were done you might want/have a sort of independent CC generator software that creates graphics/HTML to put on one's server, or just have people put up pdf's or scans of the ACBL or WBF or whatever cards.

Anyway, That suggestion has been going around the block for a while. It's also been suggested that people save their cards to some webpage (or their own page) and can link to it in their profiles.
