uday
I hope to install an update to BBO tonight (Aug 30). If all goes well, you will notice the following changes 1. If you create a tournament, no one on your "enemy" list will be able to register. This may take a day or so to start working properly (the system needs to collect some data first ). 2. You will notice a new tourney checkbox "Individual". This creates, as you'd guess, an individual movement. Partnerships are random, and shuffled at the start of each round.Players will need (beta) version 3.4.11 of the BBO program. I will announce a URL for download 3. The person who creates a tourney can restrict attendance to either a) users on his "Friends" listorB) users who belong to his private club. That is, the host is the manager of a permanent private club 4. Customers with 3.4.11 can register themselves as available to substitute by entering the tourney and clicking the "SUBSTITUTE" button. the host/director can click on "show avail subs" in the tourney-management screen and list the first few subs. If this works well we'll automate further.

If you create a tournament, no one on your "enemy" list will be able to register. This may take a day or so to start working properly (the system needs to collect some data first ). Maybe a good default, but personally I'd prefer to make them unrestricted. Could that be an option? (see 3. below) 2. You will notice a new tourney checkbox "Individual". keylime
I totally agree with my Argentine friend....we need to have procedural penalties and the ability to give adjust rulings in accordance with Law 12. Furthermore, there exists a set of regulations that encompass online bridge from the WBF, so our software should reflect those guidelines.
