AAr
I tried upgrading BBO via "BBO Upgrade" to see what the newest version is like. But, when I tried to log in after completing the upgrade, I got a "Bad User Name/Password" message. I do not remember my Password (I remember using some form of my birthdate as my password, but can't remember which.) and always log in with the "Remember Password" option checked. So, now I can't seem to log in. I *THINK* I logged off BBO completely when doing the upgrade (not 100% sure on this, but am about 90% sure on this). but I did ignore the advice to "Close all Windows before attempting setup" and was still logged on to my ISP (AOL) at the time. The edit shows me attempting to log on to Version 3.3.0. I think I previously had Version 3.1.5. Any advice? Thanks!

AAr
Thanks Deanrover! I have emailed Uday. I am still having this problem, after reattempting BBO Update and then attempting BBO Setup, and then clicking on "New Member" (First under my regular screen name, and then attempting to log in under a new screen name with a '1' in front of it, and confirming my password.). After all that, I *still* can not log in. I'd really just like to change my password (I'll have "Remember Password" checked when I log in, because of my reputation of forgetting passwords.), but if I have to change my screen name and account, I'll be willing to do that. I know I can't be banned (even though I know I am in at least one TD's Blacklist) because I just was successfully logged on and logged off BBO right before attempting Update. So, it appears that something happened in the update that I can't log in without getting the "Bad Password" message. EDIT: This might be of some importance. Before, the "Waiting For Reponse From Server" would be two lines, allowing the "Log Off" Box to appear and then the window to start loading if I was successfully getting logged on (or some error message if not). Now, it's just one line with no room for the "Log Off" Box. And, yes, I'm *still* having the mentioned problem. UPDATE: Uday did give me an Email telling me my Password. I have used my correct Password, but I still can not log in. I'm just hoping I haven't done permermant damage to my account file or been banned. Anyway, thanks! AAr
Problem fixed. ;) I tried the "Update Link" on the message in BBO Forums and that seemed to fix everything. Thanks for all your help!
