mekoker
During registration phase, it is not possible to see profile's of the partner candidates. I think it will be a useful tool...
doofik
This is slightly off topic but dealing with registration. As things are today, when going to register with something like 15 minutes left to start of tourney, a player cannot return to his seat as the software won't let him. Would it be possible to allow registration from the table? doofik
bearmum
During registration phase, it is not possible to see profile's of the partner candidates. I think it will be a useful tool...I agree with you -- I would also like to be able to see the profile of somebody who invites me to play in a T before I accept or decline -- as I have been caught a few times playing with somebody who although his profile looks OK I have commented on as sombody I would prefer NOT to play with :D I too wish it were possible to register for a tourney while playing in MBC --- and not because of the impossibility of returning within the last 15 mins before a tourney -- but just for convenience, but fear it's not going to happen any time soon because others have asked for it many times before :(
Gerardo
The profile of the person who invites you appear, just in a different format.
bearmum
The profile of the person who invites you appear, just in a different format.before I start please read "his" or "him" to be generic meaning EITHER sex!!(cos I do not mean to be sexist ) :) :o I know that his "profile" is visible (on the 'invitation to play') BUT is quite often TOTALLY unrepresentative of what his (self assessed) standard is -- AND what conventions he actually knows how to play ;) I would really like to be able to access the comments I made regarding the player because THAT is what I would like to see
epeeist
The profile of the person who invites you appear, just in a different format. As I noted in another thread a few days ago on this very subject :) when you are invited by someone else, their profile appears, but NOT: - friend/enemy status; nor - your own profile notes Since I don't have a perfect memory for what login IDs are "enemies" nor profile notes, it would be very helpful to see them. Some of my enemy status and/or profile notes alert me that e.g. someone is in my opinion rude, or nasty to others, or much worse than their profile skill indicates, or any one of many other reasons why I wouldn't want to play with them as a partner. But I don't remember all that stuff, and can't see it from the invitation -- only their profile shows up.
