Free
Hey, I'm learning Moscito bit by bit, but I'd like to see the system in action sometimes. When are you guys playing? Maybe we can use this topic for the future too so everyone who's interested can watch? Just an idea...

inquiry
Luis might play in the semifinals of the BBO sponsored knockout event tomorrow (saturday, Sept 6) starting at 11 AM. He plays a modified version of Moscito (seems everyone plays a differnet modified version...) ;) Ben
hrothgar
There is going to be a team match tomorrow night at 8:00 PM EDT/5:00 PM PDT Ron and I will be playing MOSCITODr. Todd and partner are playing Tres Bouf (strong pass)
DrTodd13
My pair will be playing a modified version of Tresboof with symmetric rather than MOSCITO relays. Stillforcing pass, transfer-oriented, 4 card majors. Todd
pbleighton
"My pair will be playing a modified version of Tresboof with symmetric rather than MOSCITO relays." I thought Moscito used Symmetric relays - at least the Aussie version Richard and Ron play. Peter
DrTodd13
I assume that since the original versions of the Tresboof doc say thatTresboof uses MOSCITO relays that at some point MOSCITO used thesame relays. Maybe the test of time has replaced MOSCITO withsymmetric. Todd
hrothgar
As many people have notes, there are a few different variants of MOSCITO floating arround. Most people chose to familiarize themselves with a basic version of MOSCITO using pure symmetric relay for simplicity. Serious players normally migrate to an optimized MOSCITO variant. These variant often depart from "pure" symmetric relay, elevating some sequences by a step or two or some such.
