inquiry
I assume you want big deal whose icon's was replace by the GIB icon Click on the "gear" icon. Put a check mark by "big deal". There is also control-W which toggles between wide mode and narrow mode. Some of the hot keys (control plus a letter) are mentioned in this thread... http://forums.bridgebase.com/index.php?sho...l=control++chat Ben

After you log on, click on your own name from the lobby. In the middle of the page, you will see the large white area where you can type other information (bidding system, etc). Just below that is check box that says, "remember filter settings". Make sure a check is in the box. That should remember your filter setting like show neutrals (or not). Make sure a check is in the box. That should remember your filter setting like show neutrals (or not). I've never understood why there's a special option for this. Virtually all applications I've ever used on Windows or Macintosh automatically remember preference settings. This is why most users find BBO's method confusing and non-intuitive. uday
In this particular case, bec. we felt that the harm from being unable to save filter settings was less than the harm from inadvertently filtering out tables/players.
