Very interesting initiative Dwayne, I have not heard of anything similar.

I disagree with so many of your statements that it is no use to make any comments here. You might say that I'm not open to your lessons. I enjoyed hearing podcast 3 neverthelest, and I wish you good luck with your future podcasts.

The idea of the podcast isn't necessarily to have absolute agreement. If anything I want the disagreements so that it will create a better program!

It's really more of a weekly magazine about bridge. I do most of the segments on the show as a direct result of e-mails from the many listeners. What I say there, yes they are my point of views, but I'm not rigid per se about those views.

The addresses on the internet archive is all over the place due to the near-random seeding they did when I uploaded podcast#2. That's why I'm using OurMedia to help, which is has thankfully. I will migrate #1 and #2 over to OurMedia, which has a better directory structure.

What I am hoping, which I think Hannie will like a lot is to have various commentators on the show, offering their views and such - the diversity will give the show a greater strength.

To have guest commentators would indeed be very interesting. Keep us posted!

By the way, I just listened to your coverage of the Swedish 2NT and liked it very much. Perhaps it helps that I'm also a big fan of this convention.

Thanks :-))

Being here in Nanaimo allows me access to potentially five bridge areas: Edmonton and Calgary (by plane ride, short haul, relatives near Calgary), Vancouver (ferry ride, as long as the steering doesn't break), Victoria (train ride, door-to-door literally almost), and Seattle (train or bus/ferry ride). So I am working diligently to get star/expert interviews to tie into the program. That I feel would add a dimension to the program.

So, if you live in one of these five areas, be afraid...a Skittles addicted guy wearing a loud lime green shirt might be coming. B)

The big goal for me, is to get bridge out to the masses - if we can get more folks into bridge and to see bridge as a game of such depth and intrigue, then I've done what I wanted to do.

So far, we've had roughly 300 DL's of podcast 3 <broadband one - the dial-up are variable depending on ones downloaded>, and about 80 of the PSA/Swedish 2NT podcast.
