McBruce
Before the event... 1) Set up for a screen size that is big enough to hold BBO and a text editor without overlapping. 2) Create your multi-line message in the text editor as one long paragraph. Try to break it up at about 120 characters maximum. During the event, when its time for the announcement... 3) In the text editor, highlight one line from the text. 4) Press CTRL+C. 5) Click on the BBO screen. 6) Press CTRL+V. Your text should appear in a chat box. Press ENTER to send it (after being sure you are sending it where you want it). 7) Repeat 3-7 with the next line until done. You can do this fairly quickly with practice. If you have long announcements you should warn people that they are coming or you will get complaints, especially from those who like the text bubbles....
