A BBO-standard Precision style?

I too prefer Precision to any other system but struggle to find partners who use it.

A Precision Players Club may be a good idea from the point of view of teaching and learning but I think some other method is needed to allow precision players to pair up and compete with players of other systems.

Could we not perhaps have a "Precision Player's Flag" or some method of identifying a precision player without having to scan profiles?

Perhaps another category in the Friends/Enemies listing?

 

Does anyone know of an easy way to build a conv card from a document (MSWord or Excel)?

 

Lastly, I would be glad to swop ideas or chat about methods within Precision.

Ι 've requested from BBO to add a property 'system(s)' . In addition to email, name , other etc. And, ability to sort by that property or show only players playing X systems.

For Precision I play: Belladonna/Garozzo with Roman defense(Standard/SUPER) - Viking - Power - Icelandic - Meckwell.

There is none. You need to invest an hour or perhaps two yourself.

I like the style you use, Helene...I would happily play it with a sit-down new partnership.

 

Like everybody, I have my own flavor of Precision, but a standard system for pickup partnerships sounds like a great thing. Besides, the difference between Standard and Precision is that everybody admits they have their own flavor of Precision, while in Standard everybody insists that their flavor is that 'standard' one, and how dare you interpret my natural non-forcing bid as new minor game force, or whatever the flavor of the local club is.
