At trick 6, the East bot gifted me a trick in ways that appear insane. That ♠10 discard by East is simply illogical. Let us look at the "facts":1. As per GIB notes, my 4♥ bid showed 15-18 total points and 7+ hearts.2. Based on my cards played to the first 6 tricks, East can count (a) my 7 heart card, and (b) my 17 total points so far. When I got the old version of GIB to simulate 100 hands, the results were: 49 times: ST: -480 S7: -45012 times: ST: -480? S7: -45039 times: ST: -420? S7: -450 So in that case it still came out with a low spade on top, but given how many times it calculates double dummy wrongly for the spade ten, not surprised at all that other runs could lead to the wrong result. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
