Looking isolated at the suit, that could be right if declarer had KQ65 and was planning to duck, then declarer could finesse against J7, but that would require entries in dummy that is not there, but the worse mistake is that playing ♥7 also would open that possibility. It then gave ♥7 a small boost as that's the card you should play if you want to signal you have an even number. That boost (seemingly 0.07 IMPs) outweighed the simulation. Ha.
