Just making 11 when I lead the normal trump

.. are you saying North should pass out 3 with an 11 count opposite an opening hand? Don't forget there was no initial double of 2..

 

Nope, but Double is not the right bid.

 

Either you can double the first time - GIB define that as penalty (10+ hcp), or you can bid 3N with a -stopper.

 

You could also define double here as T/O

 

In real bridge it is also possible to bid 2 at the first round showing limit+ with -support.
