who is playing?

When entering in BBO, it would be useful to know immediately which players are currently playing and which ones are in standby or kibitzing.

Different label colours could serve this purpose.

Other sites (eg MS zone or Playbridge) have separates rooms for lobby and for play.

What do you think?

The set-ups by ZONE and by BBO are rather different.

The other day I was bored and, thinking that it would

take no more than an hour or so to implement this

feature, I attempted to do so.

 

Turned out to be much more complicated than I had thought

(mostly due to some poor early design decisions by me).

 

I agree this would be a good feature to have, but unless

I can think of a relatively easy way to do it, I doubt you

will be seeing this in the next release of the software.
