And sure enough it was down to an apparent brain snap by the West Bot on trick 7 where it plays Q rather than 10 of Diamonds??? As mentioned in that thread, it's nothing to do with the actual hands it deals out at all, which clearly show it being the wrong card. It's as if it sees it's a stupid card to play, not even worth wasting time calculating a double dummy score for, but then gives it an arbitrary positive value instead. I've been wasting a few seconds of brain time trying to think one up/ EDIT You made me think a bit though and investigate the DD a bit. How many people would change their play based on the Q.
