I even put it through some major Bridge software and they made the dodgy double

 

Systems are systems irrespective of simulation. Simple 2NT (or even 3) overcall would have sufficed

 

In the olden days maybe even bid 3 spades (or penalty)

 

How about a pass. That would be my choice
