kcostell
This happened in hand D-9. I tried cashing the Ace of Spades fairly at trick 4. West ruffled and returned the 8 of spades.
smerriman
Which level? (And what were the first 3 tricks?)
sfi
Level 4 is the only one that makes sense, but I couldn't replicate the revoke. Details of the first three tricks would help.
kcostell
This was level 4. Trick 1: (West Leads) HK, DT, HA, H2Trick 2: (North Leads) S3, S9, SK, S7Trick 3: (South Leads) H3, H7, DJ, H6Trick 4: (North Leads) SA, ST, S2, D7Trick 5: (West Leads) S8, S5, SJ, D2 A couple more details: - When I tried ruffing Trick 5 and leading a heart, play stopped; West didn't play anything on the heart. - When I instead discarded on Trick 5 (putting me down in the contract), the "Contract Failed" screen went a bit haywire, and this persisted even after undoing a trick (see image below). Things went back to normal after I left the Bridge Master table and came back to it.
smerriman
How bizarre. Everything breaks after that too - if you ruff, West fails to play anything on the next trick, while if you throw a heart, you concede, but the hand layout all messes up. The logic behind BridgeMaster hands is very much manually hardcoded from one deal to the next to cover all of the important situations, so I guess there must be just a bug in this one. [Edit] oops, posted this before you edited in exactly the same things in your message :)
sfi
On the bright side, I suspect you're making it after West revokes. :) ObOnTopic: I see the same behaviour on this line. A couple of changes in spot cards doesn't fix the error.
