SimonOR Posted July 28, 2021 Report Share Posted July 28, 2021 I have not been able to login to BBO on my Apple Mac for the last ten days or so. I can log in on my iPad, but the interface is pretty clunky and unsatisfactory. When I use my Mac at the moment, I get the message " Error - you internet may be off, or too many users online. Check our internet or try again later. " There is nothing wrong with my internet, and I get this message even of there are only small numbers (eg a few thousand) of players online. pilowsky Posted July 31, 2021 Report Share Posted July 31, 2021 There are other possibilities.Many iMac-BigSur users (including me) also use CleanMyMac or sometimes wipe their cache to improve speed.This can mean that a saved password is lost from the device.
