2200
My linkKnowing that GIB is extremely vulnerable when being "attacked", once again I made a "bad bid" which I know, only want to disturb. The lead is a low club, and since I overcalled a "value" 2C, obviously GIB played me for underleading KQxxx, thus, J, and N won a totally unexpected trick, correctly returned a spade, so that when I got in with the ♥K, I can return a spade to get the ruff, and GIB, once again, blew one of the coldest "draw trump and claim" game. johnu
Solid play by GIB. Whether or not the jack wins, you can throw a winning spade or diamond on the ♣A, or maybe confuse the defense by ruffing ♣A. Honestly, I can't see any holes in that line of play. Unlucky lie of cards on this hand.
