Sorry this happened to you. Please send abuse reports to abuse@bridgebase.com They have access to chat, and will be able to verify this person's activity. You can also put obnoxious people on Ignore (click on their profile, and there is a Relationship drop down where you can choose Follow, Neutral or Ignore).
