Creating teammatches

Why cant I reserve a seat for myself when creating a teammatch.

This webversion of BBO sucks. I loved the classic version.

Then you could see who were kibbitzing at a table.

Dont understand why its not possible in the webversion.

Why cant I reserve a seat for myself when creating a teammatch.

I suspect 90% (or more) of team matches feature a playing host, so if you cannot get that to work then we need more information. System, browser, error message?

Dont understand why its not possible in the webversion.

You can see table kibitzers in the People tab when you are playing, or kibitzing, at a table. It's the fourth option after Friends, Hosts and Stars. If you are not at a table, then there is no Kibitzers option.
