Cyberyeti
Not sure what's best, but at the table I suspect I win the ace and run ♦
LBengtsson
Not sure what's best, but at the table I suspect I win the ace and run ♦8 I may play this way also, but lead looks stiff ♠ except if west has ♠65. I prefer to win with ♠A first trick and then lead another ♠. this might force a error from west who with stiff ♠ is odds to have trump stack also. if lead from a doubleton ♠ then win with ♠K and lead ♣10 from dummy. this again puts defense under pressure. what happen from there is guess but that is how I think I would play first tricks. AL78
Here is the full deal with the play: https://tinyurl.com/ygroncug Partner started off with LBengtsson's suggestion and ended up with nine tricks for a decent score, 78%. I was pleased we found the seven card fit with the nice break.
Cyberyeti
Interesting choice if the ♣A is underled to the K and another spade comes back

Whether she would do that is another matter, strongest defence is to force her to make a decision she might get wrong.

There is only one spade to cash by then, yes you can get it right but you can also look very silly
