Screen appearance

I logged onto your site this evening to play in a virtual

game. The page format I am accustom to has the left side of the screen devoted to game selection and later the table. The right side has people,

history, etc and there is a chat area at the bottom.

 

Tonight when logging in I get a single large field of play selections.

There is no column on the right for people or score. The words play, people

etc are along the bottom. If I click on one, I go to a complete page

for that topic.

It may be that you have accidentally clicked on settings, then under 'General' untoggled the 'split screen' option.

If you go to Account/settings and under General make sure that the split-screen button is 'on' (green) - button moved to the right.

This could resolve the problem.

My 1st response to a Forum question, and there are field codes in this response box (hope you can read my reply). I have a friend/client who uses BBO regularly and she reported the same issue. She logged on, and her Nav tabs (People, History, Account etc.) are at the bottom now. No split screen as usual. She says her setting do indicate a split screen being "on". Have you solved your issue? What did you do to fix it, if so?
