WimborneOn
"Assistant" Directors - i.e. the Directors appointed by the Tournament Creator - do not appear to have full access to all Director controls. For example, the Include/Exclude list & to view all tables in play. This last item is important for time control. Is this correct or am I doing something wrong? jdempsey52
No, that is the way it works :(
peterb001
To be clear. The tournament creator owns the include / exclude list, and is the only person / account who can change it. However all appointed directors have all director privileges, so can view the list of tables, put in substitutes, and see the tournament status, etc. Non-playing directors can also visit any table - playing directors do not have this ability.

Keene_JP
FWIW, any TD can sub in any player, whether on any list In our VACB we have 5 equal TDsWhoever is running a particular game logs in as VACBxxxxxx to run the gameWe can log in under our individual names earlier to modify game setup if we see need to do so.but, by using the VACB login to run the game, there is no problem.IF our games were big enough to require 2 or more TDs to run, then maybe this would be an issue. -=-=
