Someone can explain the sense of this bid. Is it a psichic? Has it some sense or it is a mistake? Are there some tecniques for game over the opponent bids?.[hv=pc=n&s=s8hkj42dq7543ckt5&w=sk5h9753dt62caq86&n=st96haq6daj8c9743&e=saqj7432ht8dk9cj2]399|300[/hv]

It looks like a mistake or a psyche. Either way I wouldn't worry about it too much, actions like that tend to cost rather than profit in the long run. West might double intending to balance (after (2)-P-(P)-?), which East will happily convert to penalty, but other than that there is not much you can (or should) do.

Why is N only bidding 2 on a flat 11 count ?

If you check the hand records you will see that the player's partner was a pick-up for this tournament so it is extremely unlikely that there was anything untoward in that. Moreover, this player disconnected on the previous board, which has a replacement name on it. It seems most likely to me that the "strange bid" is related to this disconnection. Perhaps the OP can describe what actually happened rather than missing out the events surrounding the call.

It looks like a retaliation bid, check the hand records and see if N/S had a bidding disaster on the previous board.

I checked and it does not appear to be that. As I mentioned earlier, the previous board (also against cencio) has the name of a replacement attached to it. I also did not find a pattern of this type of psyche from this player. They do have a tendency not to be able to find a green card but otherwise everything is fairly typical by BBO standards. I await the OP describing the events leading up to the call in question.

Possibly due to the absence of ruffing potential and nine losers, decided it was not enough for an invitational bid. If partner has a five loser hand they will invite.
