I would never turn on kibitzing to all and sundry during a tournament, for obvious reasons (until BBO introduces time delay).Doing so during the last round is less controversial but still does not effectively address the sensible suggestion, IMO. Yes, there don’t seem to be any problems involved in allowing only participants to kib.
