Lists

One list of friends previously was adequate when BBO was more linear. Now BBO is more multifaceted. To alleviate a long awkward list of all friends it would be easier to manage your friends if you could sort them; for example, members of your club on one list and casual members on another.

One of the things we lost in the flash version (which I would really like back in the new version - I'm told that the actual information isn't gone from the backend, which is nice) is colour-coded categories. I have one for "local", one for "that other city", one for "México", one for "people I follow that 'don't know me'",...

I do agree that with friends lists growing due to all the rest of my friends coming online (and me being able to find them) this would be a really nice feature. I've even raised it a couple of times here. I hope it's high on the priority list. But the devs have very limited capacity and lots of critical (paid!) features they need to get to first.

So this is just another quiet nudge :-)

Categories (there were 10) were also useful for categorizing Ignores and Neutrals, too.

The colours showed as the background on their IDs on tables.

They were also useful because you could categorize anyone. Followeds and Ignores were limited to 2k each or V2 went a little crazy. Has that been fixed in V3?

I used these on my TD ID:
