Failure to upload deal to teaching tablle

There is an intermittent error with some hands that I want to upload to the teaching table:

When I try to upload this hand onto a teaching table Export/upload deal to table, I get an error message.

If I 'reconstitute' the hand using the hand editor I have no problem.

Other hands upload with no problem.

Just tried the same board number from the same tournament the next day - no problem.

 

This happens with about 1/20 deals.
