Over RHO's minor suit opening, it is common to play 2m and 4m overcalls as showing both majors, while 3m shows a strong hand with length in the other minor, basically asking for a stop.

 

Against dodgy minor suit openings you can also play either one or more of them as natural, for example GIB plays (1m)-3m as natural.

 

But (3)-4 obviously can't be natural, so it shows both majors.
