PaliBacsi
I would like to know the future of the BBO store content. I have several movies created and used to teach bridge for adults and school age students.Adobe Flash is understandably not supported any more. What is the plan to replace/improve or just save the current content and functionality. IMHO this should have been taken care of long time ago. squeezergb
I did ask BBO support a couple of years ago about this and was told it was very unlikely these areas would be implemented in the HTML version. Obviously with the present emphasis on warding off competitors unlikely has become impossible. I have saved videos of my bridge movies not particularly because I think I can use them for teaching but at least so I have copies of all illustrative deals if I decide to recreate them in some other software. Obviously with the present emphasis on warding off competitors unlikely has become impossible. I have saved videos of my bridge movies not particularly because I think I can use them for teaching but at least so I have copies of all illustrative deals if I decide to recreate them in some other software. It is very unfortunate because some well known players (Larry Cohen, Fred Gitelman, Mike Lawrence, Ben Dickens etc.) published good movies. Not to mention all the private ones like mine over forty small movies. What format did you use to save your movies? Do you have any candidate software to recreate this type of movies? I could not find any and I suspect that BBO compatible will be almost impossible to find.I welcome any suggestions. Thank you.
PaliBacsi
As off today the BBO store is DEAD. RIP?(The front page comes up and leads nowhere.)
