Cannot accept invitation on Samsung tablet

I wanted to play with my partner in a casual play and I opened a new table. My partner couldnot accept the invitation because there was no Yes and No button in the invitation panel. He told me, that the bottom part of the panel is invisible. She tried to move it up and down but the panel remained truncated. I tested it in my own PC and iPad and there was no problem. What can cause this error? Another problem: this panel disappears after about 20-30 seconds in the new BBO version, if it appears at all. In the old version the panel remained until I answered it.

I think you will find that the two modes are Auto-rotate and Portrait.

Turning will change things in Auto-rotate mode but not in Portrait.

Auto-rotate means that the display will automatically switch from landscape to portrait when you rotate the device. If you turn it off, it will stick in whatever orientation you were using when you do that.

I never tried turning it off in landscape orientation, always portrait.
