Automatic focus for keyboard users

If a player has keyboard entry enabled focus should automatically go to any window that opens in BBO.

• Bidding dialogue
  
• Card play
  
• Claim acceptance
  
• Explanation of bid
  

 

And when Claim or Explanation has been closed focus should return to allow keyboard entry in the appropriate window.

 

The way things work now, any use other than bidding or card play takes the focus away to some nether realm and I have to click on the green playing area to reset it to keyboard entry again. Sometimes just clicking something in a non-BBO window is sufficient to cause the same problem.

 

When I'm looking at the history of a hand, the start of a new round automatically closes that window but does not return focus to keyboard entry, so I know the programming allows specified events to trigger without user input. (Kudos to you if you can remember every card on a completed board; I can't even remember my own bids sometimes.)
