Problem with login on Ipad

Hi, I've been using an old Ipad for my BBO sessions for several months very happily. About a week ago it has suddenly stopped working. I can get to the first webpage but I notice it doesn't update the player and table numbers, leaving them both at 0 (so it probably only gets partway to loading the whole page). I then hit the login button but nothing happens. I have changed nothing on this Ipad. I can login satisfactorily on my other devices (desktop and smart phone), using the same browsers and processes. So it's only a problem when trying to use the Ipad and it has only been a problem for the last week or so. Any ideas ? richard

Our latest client upgrade appears to have compatibility problems with old operating systems such as iOS 9. We're looking into it.

Thanks so much barmar. This reply is very helpful and I'll wait in the hope that there might be a further update to help me use BBO again on my old Ipad. The Ipad is my favoured device for BBO as it allows me to play in comfort rather than in the office or by "borrowing" my wife's laptop !! Thanks again.

Don't hold your breath. I think our plan is just to document the minimum requirements for our software better. There aren't enough users with such old versions that we're going to expend significant effort to make it work.
