The Claim Button

When playing robot tournaments the claim button has developed an annoying quasi-biblical trait.

I could understand it if my name was Peter but it isn't.

Apparently, I have to click it three times before it will respond - either accept or reject - a simple yes or no would suffice. or even a thumbs up or down.

What if I was disabled or if the clock was running down or if I decided to make an endless ranty post about it? What then...?

This sounds more like a problem with your computer not recognizing the clicks.

 

I have problems like this on my Amazon Fire tablet, but it's slow in general. Sometimes when I'm playing a robot duplicate I'll click Claim and nothing happens, so I click it again. Then the claim box pops up and closes all at once because both clicks are processed at once.

Thanks, I'll write a stern letter to Apple. It's probably because I get the poodles to do the clicking and they aren't very good at it on account of not having opposable thumbs.
