Her username is 'AAA00' (not the real username but three letters followed by two digits). In the results somehow a space gets added between the letters and digits so it becomes 'AAA 00'. No-one with that username (including the space) exists. So where is this space coming from? She is the only one it affects. It completely screws with my results service!
