Hand Records Not appearing for one of my students

One of my students has a problem where on some days her match records don't appear at all, and I can't find them either when I check for her. On other days they do appear. Could this be a settings problem or is it a general BBO problem. As an example, she played a match yesterday, 18th August 2020 UK time (user name xdc502).

Where was she playing? Only certain types of games show up there (mainly the main bridge club + some tournaments, and even then not total points ones), eg ACBL don't allow Virtual Club games to be recorded.

Thanks both. Just checked and the host thinks she may have set up in the Casual area without opting for the usual 'Relaxed Club' - just clicked 'Start a table'. Could this be the problem?

If she chooses Total Points scoring, TP hands are not sent to myhands. Only the duplicate ones are there.
