phsimmons Posted August 17, 2020 Report Share Posted August 17, 2020 Four of us have been trying to play this afternoon, all from different parts of Greater London. Three are using Windows10 laptops and cant get in and the fourth is using a Android tablet and is fine. The windows10 get as far as the first login/register screen and click login and it just brings up a blank screen apart from adverts on the left and no individual Login screen. Does anyone have BBO support's email? The problem appears to have been resolved now. Several of my club members have reported back that access is OK via their Windows 10 machines. diana_eva Posted August 17, 2020 Report Share Posted August 17, 2020 There was a problem on BBO's side, affecting mostly iOS users, but not only. Sorry about this, it should be fixed now.
