calling a director after Bd 18

twice recently in competitive ACBL pairs games, I've wanted to call a director over a matter in the final board. However, the menu with the "Call Director" option has disappeared by then. Is there any way?

For BBO games, go to People Search, look for ACBL_ , check who is online.

 

For th Endless Summer games: same, but look for ACBLT.

 

VC ACBL: usually vacb<club number>.

 

There is 20 minutes after tourney ends to make adjustments (even for them).
