scores in BBO

In the upper left corner of the BBO (v3) window there's the blue box. Below it a little window showing two scores: e.g.,

MPs

NS: 50.8%

EW: 49.2%

In my History window, below the We/They columns (showing percentages) are two scores:

51.5% 48.5%

Why are these different? What score does each show?

There are a couple of reasons why they may show different numbers.

 

The History tab shows the average score of all the boards you've played at the table. The score on the table reflects the score since it was reset, so occasionally the table host might have reset the score to zero when new players joined.

 

All the board scores update as new scores come in until each board has been played 16 times. So the table or History might have a slight delay. This will normally resolve itself in a short time.
