smerriman Posted June 12, 2020 Report Share Posted June 12, 2020 Most of the time it means it is a private / club-based tournament, so the TD uploads a 'web list' of club members who can participate (or make it restricted to their 'friends'). Seems like the ABCL's are best option with no restrictions and large fields at good price.
