ralive
Hi, I would like to buy BBO Dollars but I do not like the way how to do this with BBO. Why do I need to enter my private data like address data, phone number and email address?Where are these data sent to and where are these data saved? How do you take care of the data privacy protection and how save are the BBO servers? When are the address data deleted? Can't I buy BBO Dollar without giving away my address data? Kind regardsVera

ralive
More formally, I think that you want to ask whether or not the billing system that BBO uses is PCI compliant. No, I want to know if I can buy BBO Dollars without giving my address, my email address and my phone number. If PCI compliant means that these data are secure, yes I also mean this. Can you tell me why BBO requires all these data? Is, for example, a phone number needed for getting payments?

A cheater is far less easy to unmask without any data connecting them to the money they deposit and withdraw.

barmar
More formally, I think that you want to ask whether or not the billing system that BBO uses is PCI compliant. We are. As far as I know, PCI compliance only relates to how we secure the credit card details, not other personal information like postal address. The credit card information never passes through our server, we use a well-established, reputable third-party credit card processor for this. tsankaR
who asked you to enter correct address and other details?
barmar
No, I want to know if I can buy BBO Dollars without giving my address, my email address and my phone number. You can do it if you purchase using PayPal instead of a credit card. mycroft
...which, of course, means that PayPal has your credit card information, your home (well, billing) address and email address. And probably phone number, as well (I don't have a PayPal account). Now, given that you've now traded your mistrust of many different small businesses for mistrust of one, big, business. That could in fact be a net plus (especially if you were (mis)trusting them before).
