Faulty Registration

My partner and I registered successfully for an 18 board game and we were both online waiting for gametime, and were not patched into the game when it began. We were not charged for the game but could not figure what happened. Any thoughts?

You reconnected a minute later, but by then, you missed the seating call, so you didn't get a seat.

You were in the Casual server, but at this time, can't get tourney calls while there.

Be sure you are connected at least a couple of minutes before the tourney starts (big tournaments seating calls might start slightly (as in the order of seconds) before the scheduled time)
