When we need to assign a score, go to "Player's Results" from the Tournament menu, but the process breaks down from that point. Sometimes the dialog to enter the player's username does not appear, sometimes we can select the hand of interest but the handviewer never shows up other than a screen showing "Loading data..." I am wondering if this is more than just a BBO system load issue. We have multiple Directors listed for our VACB games. On some occasions, one director can view hands with no problem, but at the very same time another director (usually the VACBxxxxxx account, it seems) cannot. Is this related to having multiple directors, or the order in which they are listed, or just purely a random load thing? Is there a workaround other than keep trying? paulg Posted May 8, 2020 Report Share Posted May 8, 2020 I expect it is primarily a load issue, exacerbated by typically running events in prime time.
