Hi all. I am a new user of BridgeBase. I play casual bridge. When I look in the History tab, the hands are shown however, it seems to have stopped adding new ones. For example, none of the hands I played in a game yesterday are shown!

Does anyone know why this is the case and how to fix it?

You were playing total points. Those hands aren't saved in history. Only duplicate deals: Matchpoints and IMPs.

The last 2 days I have not been able to access HISTORY of previous game and i am playing in the speedball games

 

never had problem previously 3 years of playing speedball

We had a large backlog in moving hands to the history database. We made some adjustments to the process so things should be better now.

It would be nice to have this feature for total points. Also, how do I delete old games from history?

We're having trouble handling the volume of duplicate hands, so we're not likely to add this.

 

You don't delete old hands. We eventually remove them from our history server.
