Unable to get any bridgebase support

Is bridgebase support permanently unavailable? My emails to support keep getting sent back telling my their busy and to check You Tube videos instead.

Meanwhile, the system has changed since I last played about three months ago. I am trying to play with my wife against 2 robots but am having all sorts of problems. I paid for a basic Robot, but when I reserve seats for Robots, it tells me that they are offline.

I also cannot get the cards to deal with a regular random deal. I have to select one of the Vugraph options.

As if that is not enough, I now see ALL of the hands - not just my own. Not great for a competitive game. Plus even when my wife is able to bid, I cannot bid.

It would be nice to be able to contact support.

Hi,

If the standard reply does not answer your questions, simply reply to the email to explain what you need help with. This will open a ticket with support.

To play against robots you don't have to write Robot on the empty seats. Start the table, then click on the empty seats. The option to place robot or reserve the seat will appear. Click Robot and this will place a robot in that seat:

Thank you for the reply.

I tried replying to the initial return email I received that told me to try You Tube. We'll see if I hear anything.

Meanwhile, when I select Casual, and then the Random Deal option, Robot is not available to Select for the seats. I must key it in. When I select the 2nd, Vugraph option, then Robot is available to select.

But like I said, even then, I am still seeing ALL of the cards for each player and when it is my turn, I don't have a selection box to be able to bid. I was able to do all of this just fine a couple of months ago.

Are sure you are not opening a teaching table?

Have you tried watching the video and following the steps there?

Me too. emails to support@bridgebase.com have remained unanswered for the past 3 weeks.

I am trying to get authorization to run my own small tournaments.

In the help page on tournaments it says email td@bridgebase.com but this bounces back as invalid email address.

Anyone got ideas on how I can contact Bridgebase to request tournament create authorization?

thanks

Customer Support has been overwhelmed with support questions. We've hired additional people, but still struggle to keep up.

In general we're not authorizing new tournaments except for virtual clubs associated with bridge federations that we've partnered with: ACBL. Contact your national bridge federation to find out if they have a procedure.

I have same problem, we are small NBO (Slovenia), we don't have agreement, i am the only one having rights to create tournaments. i am struggling for full corona time with free tournaments. Now I am stuck. Virtual club would solve lots of problems.

... and no answer from support@.

at least open new mail like business@ :)
