I suspect that you probably don't have one yet otherwise BBO would have informed you about the correct settings for these fields. Contact your local NBO to see if they have an arrangement with BBO (as the ACBL, EBU, FFB and others do) or support@bridgebase.com (where individuals will be low priority, to be honest).
