dellal
Hi there, A friend of mine is having an issue when trying to access tournaments. She is not very adept with the digital world, so I'm trying to help her out. As far as I understand her issue, she can't join tournaments because of her TCR being too low (pops up when trying to register). However, when checking the profile we discovered her TCR is unknown. She says she hasn't played any tournaments before and is therefore rather confused. If she wants to raise her TCR she has to play tourneys, which she can't because her TCR is apparently too low for any tourney she tried. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance! smerriman
You have to play 10 tournaments before getting a TCR. Not all tournaments have a TCR restriction, but the fastest way to get a TCR is to play a bunch of robot tournamnets (everything except daylongs count). dellal
Thanks for the quick reply. Do I understand correctly, that an unknown TCR will count as insufficient for tourneys with a TCR restriction? I.e. only after 10 tourneys one can start to play tourneys with TCR restriction? paulg
The help is old but information is still valid as far as I am aware: https://www.bridgebase.com/help/v2help/completion_rates.html
